Privacy Policy
Last updated 2 November 2026. GraziMap (“we”, “us”) is run from Australia. This policy explains what we collect, why, and how we look after it, in line with the Australian Privacy Principles.
What we collect
- Account details: your farm name, email address and password (stored only as a secure hash).
- Farm information you enter: maps, paddocks, gates, pins and photos, mobs, stock movements, sales, deaths, treatments and notes.
- Billing details: handled by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing country and subscription status, but not your full card number.
- Technical information: log-in times, IP address and device or browser type, used for security and to keep the service working.
How we use it
We use this information to provide and sync GraziMap, keep accounts secure, process payments, send account emails (such as welcome, payment and password-reset emails), provide support, and improve the service. We don’t sell your information, and we don’t use your farm data for advertising.
Who we share it with
- Stripe: payment processing.
- Resend: sending account emails.
- Hostinger: our server host, where your data is stored.
- Satellite imagery providers: your device requests map imagery for the area you view. They don’t receive your farm records.
- People you choose: anyone you give your login or a visitor login to.
- Authorities: where the law requires it.
Some of these providers may store data outside Australia. We choose providers with strong security practices.
Security
Data is sent over encrypted connections. Each farm’s data is kept separate. Passwords are stored as one-way hashes, and the server is backed up daily.
Keeping and deleting data
We keep your information while your account is active. If your subscription ends we keep it for at least 90 days so you can return or export it. You can ask us to delete it sooner. You can ask us to delete it sooner.
Your choices
You can export your farm data any time in the app. To see, correct or delete the personal information we hold, email contact@grazimap.app. If you’re not happy with how we’ve handled a privacy matter, contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (oaic.gov.au).
